Sandi joined the family business in 2014 to help with ‘The Great Barge Project’ and quickly found herself involved in the development of the new company website. She now manages all advertising and marketing campaigns for DSB and writes our ‘Brokers Blog’.

Raised on South Africa’s Wild Coast, Sandi has lived in the London since 2001 and considers herself to be an Anglo-African.

Professionally, Sandi hails from a film and media background, and holds a master’s degree in Film from the University of Westminster. Prior to joining DSB, Sandi worked as a freelance journalist, primarily writing film and theatre reviews. When she’s not busy with offshore vessels for sale and charter, Sandi is a writer and blogger, and consumes all things story-related.

To join the international dynamic of the DSB office – despite already speaking multiple languages – Sandi is enjoying the fresh challenge of learning French.
