Ayna is an international person by definition. She was born in Moscow, raised in Turkmenistan and came to the UK to study in 2003. Ayna has since made London her home and speaks fluent Russian, Turkmen and English. Ayna holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Marketing and Economics, and a master’s degree in Business Administration.

She previously worked for one of the world’s largest organic and handmade foods companies and also has experience in the operations and finance departments of higher education. Ayna joined us in 2017 in the position of Business Strategy, Compliance and Systems.

Her claim to fame is that during the London Olympics 2012, she was used as the face of Turkmenistan and a 2-metre portrait of Ayna was displayed in Oxford Street for two months in the summer of 2012. Her portrait was part of the project entitled “The World in London”.

Ayna loves cooking for her husband and daughters, alongside hosting guests at home and sharing with them her national traditions.
