Sale of 50tbp FiFi 1 ASD tug 'Uran' - 2011 |

In Autumn 2011 DSB Offshore sold the 50tbp FiFi 1 ASD tug 'Uran' from Italian Owners to German Buyers. The tugs new home port will be Cuxhaven in Germany where she will be performing harbour duties as well as providing towage and anchor handling services in the North sea. Her new Owners will be carrying out several upgrades to the tug including the installation of a 120t stern roller, 100t tow pins and shark jaws which will enable the decking of 7t delta flipper anchors. A 30t/m crane will also be added and the tug will be upgraded to A2 navigation. |

In 2011 DSB sold the 30tbp shallow draft twin screw tug Alioth from Croatian Sellers to Russian Buyers. Alioth was built in Singapore in 1990 and has a length of 28m and a draft of 3m. Her Detroit diesel main engines produce 2 x 90kW and she has Schottel bow thruster. Her elector hydraulic towing winch is rated at 50t. |
Sale of Trailer Suction Hopper Dredger to Russia - 2011 |

In summer 2011 DSB secured the sale of Trailer Suction Hopper Dredger 'KDAR 1' from Indian Sellers to Russian Buyers. The TSHD was built in 1981 by the Van Goor Scheepwerf shipyard in Holland. She has a length of 77m and a hopper capacity of 2700cuM. The vessel is propelled by 2 x 1200bhp Deutz engines and has dredge pipe diameters of 600mm(suction) and 550mm(discharge. The dredger has a max dredging depth of 25m. |
Sale of 45tbp shallow draft push tug - 2011 |

In Summer 2011 DSB Offshore brokered the sale of 45tbp shallow draft push tug 'Lydia D' to clients in Australia. She was built by the Neptune Shipyard in Holland and has a length of 31m and a minimum operating draft of 2.2m. Since being delivered to Australia by heavy lift ship the tug is now being used to tow and assist the mooring of barges in shallow draft waters on the West Coast of Australia. |
Flattop barge sale - with spud poles - 2011 |

Flattop Barge E2501, dimensions 45 x 20 x 3.6m, was sold by DSB Offshore from Smit, part of the Boskalis Group, to Williams Shipping, UK. Barge was sold with spud poles.

Sale of iceclass tug 'Priitta' - 2011 |

DSB secured the sale of iceclass tug 'Priitta' from Finnish Sellers to Norwegian Buyers. The tug was built in 1989 in ex Yugoslavia and has an overall length of 21.7m, a bollard pull of 13t and 2 x fixed pitch propeller Schottel SRP 300's. Her equipment also includes 2 x FiFi monitors and a hydraulic double drum towing winch mounted aft. |

In early 2011 Danish Buyers 'Svendborg Bugser' took delivery of 40tbp twin screw tug 'Sea Regent' from Sellers in Bahrain. The tug which was built by 'Forward Marine' in Malaysia in 2007 has a length overall of 31m and a max draft of 3.5m. She has now been renamed 'Hunter' and is providing towage services in Northern Europe. |
Sale of 32tbp anchor handling tug 'Castor' - 2011 |

DSB sold the anchor handling tug 'Castor' from Swedish Owners to global commodity producer and marketer 'Glencore'. The tug was built by the UK yard Mctay Marine Ltd in 1993 and has a length of just under 30m and a bollard pull of 32t. Her Caterpillar 3512TA engines produce 2350bhp and she has 4 bladed propellers in kort nozzles. Her new Owners will be using her to support their operations in Congo, West Africa. |
Sale of Shoalbuster 2609 'Tarka' - 2010 |

In 2010 DSB Offshore sold the first ever Damen Shoalbuster for operation in Australia. Shoalbuster 2609 'Tarka' has a bollard pull of 30t and a draft aft of 2.5m. Her deck equipment includes an Effer 1200003SL deck crane, a Ridderinkhof 50t towing winch and a 3 x Hydraluic tow/ anchorhandling pins. She was built by the Damen Shipyards in 2004 and operated for several years in the North Sea in both anchor handling and towage operations. Tarka travelled to South Australia under her own steam and managed to secure several towages on her delivery voyage. |

DSB Offshore negotiated the sale of 38tbp anchor handling tug 'Smit Belait' from Singapore Sellers for work in Botany Bay. The tug was built in 1983 by the Sing Koon Seng shipyard in Singapore and has an overall length of 42m and a draft of 4.15m. Her propulsion system comprises of 2 medium speed Sork Wekspoor 8 FHD-240 mian engines delivering a total of 3120bhp. She has 2 controllable pitch propellers in fixed nozzles and an electric driven 300hp bow thruster. |

Sale of luxury river/sea cruiser London Night to N. Caspian Sea - 2009 |

The London Night is a 130 passenger luxury river/sea cruiser and is now being used for accommodating oil workers from the artificial Islands of the N. Caspian Sea. She was sold by London Marine Limited from the Marshall Islands to N.V. Shipping Company from the Netherlands.

Sale of Icebreaking tug 'Arppe' to the Caspian Sea - 2009 |

Sale of 30m LOA river icebreaker/pusher tug from Finland to the Caspian Sea in March 2008. 'Arppe' has a bollard pull of 24 tons and 2x 3410kW diesel electric propulsive units.
This tug is currently being converted for use in shallow draft ice conditions in the Caspian Sea or Arctic. |
42tbp ASD tug 'PW Delta' to Sweden - 2009 |

DSB acted as co-broker in 2009 for the sale of 42tbp ASD tug PW Delta from Singapore Sellers to Swedish Buyers. The tug was built in China in 2006 and has an LOA of 28m and a designed draft of 4m. Her main engines are 2 x Yanmar 8n-21A-EN giving a total bhp of 3600. Her propulsion units are Schottel SRP 1010R/L. She has accommodation for 8 persons in 8 air conditioned cabins. |
Sale of floating hotel to Caspian Sea - 2009 |

In 2009 DSB sold the floating hotel vessel 'Ilyich' from Russian Sellers to Kazakh Buyers for use in the Caspian Sea. The vessel was built in 1971 and has an ice class 1A hull which is 104m long and has a shallow draft of just 2.75m. |

In 2009 DSB sold the Damen Stantug 1605 'Felix' from German Sellers to Russian Buyers. She is a highly manoeuvrable tug extremely suitable for working in confined areas. The tug is now being used in the port of St Petersburg for dredge support. Felix was built in 1991 and has a length of 16.89m, a draft of 2m and a pushbow. Her bollard pull rating is 14t and has a total installed horse power of 988bhp. |

Sale of 18t bollard pull, 32m ultra shallow draft tug 'OW 10' from Germany to CM International Ltd in April 2008.
Designed to operate in the Wadden Sea, on 1.6m draft and with a large aft deck, the tug was intended for use in the Kashagan field in the Caspian Sea. |

Sale of 85m LOA, 2710 dwt chemical tanker ‘A. Trader’ from Russian Owners to the Caspian Sea in April 2008. Tanker is to be used for bunkering and transport of faecal waters. Design combines shallow draft with iceclass hull and fits through Volga-Don canal – which was of no little importance for the delivery journey! |

This 95m British built vessel of super flex design was working in inter Island trade in Croatia when we sold her for conversion to floating workshop in the Caspian Sea. She was sold by Crotian company Split Tours, Boktuljin and bought by Varisal Servicos de Consultadoria e Mareting LDA of Croatia.

DSB secured the sale of the 45tbp tug Marlene from Maritime Craft Services, UK to Noordereems BV in the Netherlands. Marlene was sold to be used for shallow water anchor handling, towage and support in the N. Caspian Sea.

Sale of modular jackup ‘S-Fe’ to Australia in July 2007. ‘S-Fe’ has a hydraulic cylinder jacking system with a jacking holding capacity of 1000t . ‘S-Fe’ operates in water depths of up to 40m and has a leg length of just under 70m. Jackup was laid-up in Parana River, Brazil with no access to the ocean and had to be dismantled and transported by land. |

Sale of CSD (cutter suction dredger) type IHC Beaver 3300 from Abidjan, Ivory Coast to Pakistan in December 2007. Sale went through successfully despite the particularly complicated requirements of banks and flag state of the buying country. |

This Jackup is now working successfully after a difficult delivery voyage. |

Sale and transport of small jackup ‘Thames’ from Valencia, Spain to BMGS, Latvia in August 2005. ‘Thames’ is a dismountable self elevating platform which can operate in water depths of up to 15m and has a leg length of 28m. She is now working successfully in the Baltic Sea. |
